We are a design-build studio specializing in architecture-led renovations and interiors. From early concept through final installation, we manage every stage of the process to ensure cohesive, functional, and enduring homes.
Our work spans full-home renovations, large-scale additions, and interior transformations for residential clients across the East Coast and beyond.
CONSTRUCTION
We approach renovations through architecture first—reworking layout, scale, and flow before layering in finishes and furnishings.
As a design-build firm, we manage the entire process in-house, from initial concepts and drawings through construction and installation. This allows for a more cohesive result and a more controlled experience for our clients.
Our work focuses on full-home and multi-room renovations where thoughtful planning and execution make a meaningful difference in how a home functions and feels.
INTERIORS
Our interiors are developed as part of a larger architectural plan—never applied after the fact.
We focus on space planning, materials, and custom elements that reinforce the structure of the home and how it functions day to day.
Because we design and build under one team, every detail is considered in context and carried through with consistency from concept to completion.
Landscape
We approach outdoor spaces the same way we approach interiors—through structure, proportion, and flow.
With a focus on “good bones” inside and out, we design landscapes and exterior elements that feel integrated with the home rather than added to it.
Our work includes planting, outdoor living areas, and architectural features such as patios, pergolas, and pool houses—always considered as part of the overall design.

Design Development

Detailing and Construction
All design decisions are finalized, including materials, finishes, and technical specifications. Our integrated team coordinates construction planning and execution so the design intent is carried seamlessly through build.

Completion and Installation
The final stage brings everything together. Construction is completed, final installations are placed, and the home is fully realized as a cohesive, finished space ready to live in.

Haiku has done a great job on our projects (and we're not that easy). We renovated a pool house, re-designed some powder rooms, added appliances to the historic party barn where it wasn't clear they could be added without sacrificing aesthetics. Any difficulties we experienced arose from COVID-related supply-chain issues that were beyond Haiku's control. All of her tradespeople have done good work and we have been quite pleased.
